John Fogerty

Last night I worked at Oslo Spektrum shooting the legendary Creedence Clearwater Revival singer John Fogerty’s sold out show at the venue.

Backstreet Boys

Travelled back in time to the mid 90s with Backstreet Boys at Oslo Spektrum tonight. And it really was a lot of fun!

More photos below and don’t forget to read Mats Norbeck’s review at

Lenny Kravitz

Lenny Kravitz performed a sold out show Oslo Spektrum last night, and I was really impressed with the first three songs I got to see while shooting the show. I was also happy to see bass guitarist Gail Ann Dorsey performing with Lenny as I am a really big fan of her style. Got to see her with David Bowie fifteen years ago in Bergen. Time flies.

Some photos below.

Jeff Lynne's ELO

Jeff Lynne is not an artist who visit Norway too often (last time was in 1982), so when he finally decided to drop by Oslo Spektrum on a Friday night I knew I had to be there too with my camera. Along with the rest of the Norwegian press photographers I got to shoot the first three songs «Standin’ In The Rain», «Evil Woman» and «All Over The World» from FOH. Then I checked my bag in at the reception, got myself a beer and enjoyed the rest of the show.

The concert was filled with hits from Lynne’s long career. A lot of material from Electric Light Orchestra (the show was after all billed «Jeff Lynne’s ELO»), some solo work, and also a song by Traveling Wilburys (Lynne’s group with Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison, Tom Petty and George Harrison).

Thirty Seconds To Mars

Last night Thirty Seconds To Mars held a concert in Oslo Spektrum as part of their «Monolith Tour». The band is fronted by famed actor Jared Leto (well known for his performances in movies such as «The Thin Red Line» (1998), «Fight Club» (1999), «American Psycho» (2000), «Requiem For A Dream» (2000), «Dallas Buyers Club» (2013), «Suicide Squad» (2016) and «Blade Runner 2049» (2017) - just to name a few).

I had a really good time in the photo pit, and I'm grateful that the photographers were allowed to stay in the pit during the full show. That is not something that happens too often.
